SUNDAY is the only morning I HAVE to fix BREAKFAST for the FAMILY. Even so, on this PARTICULAR occasion I had already told Daisy TWICE that I was NOT getting out of BED and I was NOT fixing breakfast! She FINALLY sent in the BIG GUNS (aka BP) to get me CRACKING! And for some UNKNOWN reason I thought of my brother TY and the YUMMY breakfasts he used to FIX for us when we were KIDS - Egg Toast! Or as the more EXOTIC DP calls it - Egg In A Window! So that is WHAT we ate and EVERYONE seemed to ENJOY it - PAPER PLATES and all! It's FUNNY how the SIMPLEST things can bring back so many GREAT MEMORIES!
